Title: Strategic Sales Executive

Great opportunity to become part of a leading software company supporting the supply chain solutions industry. This position reports to the sales leadership and will be responsible for increasing company profits by growing business at current customers and acquiring new customers within an assigned market territory or industry. As the Sales Executive the responsibilities include developing sales plan, generating leads, developing proposals and closing deals. This position does require you to be based in Pittsburgh, PA and will require travel to customer sites.
- Exceptional business acumen and B2B sales experience, software, SaaS preferred
- Executive level relationship selling experience
- Be a hunter and a closer
- Be entrepreneurial, a self starter and the ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Demonstrated success achieving sales goals
- Strong communication skills, including presentation, professional writing, and negotiations.
- Experience & existing network in the following areas: food supply chain, food manufacturing, or distribution/warehousing strongly preferred.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related experience preferred.
- Proficient with Salesforce and LinkedIn.
- Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing knowledge a plus
