Seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) for a client’s South Jordan, UT location. This is a fast paced environment and will be responsible for providing an excellent experience for the customer. This will be done through email, inbound calls and chat. You will assist the customer in creating accounts, assist with purchasing and communicate with other departments to ensure a smooth transaction from purchase through delivery.
- High school diploma/GED
- 2+ years CSR experience
- Excellent conflict resolution skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities
- Experience with multiple software programs; ZenDesk preferred
- Excellent written and verbal English, reading comprehension, and judgment skills
- E-commerce experience preferred but not required
