Title: Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Job Summary: 
This commercial role is responsible for enhancing the candidate and employee experience. This person will be the central point of day-to-day contact for the Talent Acquisition Team and is heavily focused on developing rapport with external talent and internal clients and partners via Zoom and over the phone. This role is a key contributor to support our strategic growth as well as our culture of promoting a great workplace focused on attracting key talent.

Ideal Candidate:  
  • Aspiring recruiting professional with an astute ability to deliver results within a growth-focused environment
  • Accustomed to high-volume recruiting team capable of sourcing and pre-qualifying candidates for wide variety of aligned positions
  • Responsible for up to date research on marketplace intelligence and sharing with the team
  • Talent researcher with LinkedIn Recruiter experience for posting and talent identification
  • Responsible for Administrative Project Management (including but not limited to JD’s, Zoom & Interview Scheduling, Itineraries, Invoices, Expenses, Assessment Tools) supporting national deliverables
  • Exemplifies “white-glove” approach to all client interaction with natural ability to work with leaders nationally
  • ATS SME managing all postings, data analytics, Excel & SmartSheet documents
  • Technically inclined to provide daily, weekly & monthly recruiting reports on systematic or ad hoc basis
  • Driver and hands-on leader of major support initiatives relative to entire Summer Internship Program
  • A skilled HR analytics expert with keen ability to tell a story utilizing data via PowerPoint & Graphics
  • Brand Ambassador of all Social Media Platforms (Glassdoor, Comparably, Handshake)
  • Accountable for tracking of all hiring fees, EE and Industry Referrals
  • POC for Temps, WAHVE, agency agreements

Requirements and Qualifications: 
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience within an HR/Recruiting Department or College Recruiting Team
  • ATS or Database experience required
  • College Degree highly preferred
  • Commercial professional with superb attention to detail and solid organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Technically savvy. Advanced Word/Excel/PowerPoint
  • Proven ability to prioritize and deliver candidates and recruiting projects within tight deadlines
